All
five remaining 2008 Yukon Quest 300 mushers have crossed the Finish
Line in Central, AK, and Josh Cadzow is our Champion! The 20-year-old
from Fort Yukon, AK, arrived at the Central Finish Line Tuesday at 2:13
p.m. with 10 dogs. The second place musher, 51-year-old Rudi Niggemeir of Salzkotten, Germany, arrived at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday, with 12 dogs.
The
final three teams, driven by Dale Curry (3rd) , Eric Rogers (4th) and
Alyssa Quaile (5th), arrived in Central between 6:00 and 7:30 am
Wednesday. Alyssa Quaile receives the Red Lantern. The five Yukon Quest 300 finishers will enjoy a well-deserved Finish Banquet in Central to celebrate their race.
