Updated 2-13-07 10:30am | Race Finish in Pelly Crossing Thomas Tetz was the first musher to complete the 2007 Yukon Quest 300 and cross the Finish Line in Pelly Crossing at 9:50 am Tuesday February 13th. Roland Waldispuel arrived just 7 minutes after Tetz, putting a close finish the the 300 mile race. Both mushers reported passing previous race leader Jeremie Matrishon while he and his team were camped along the trail between Stepping Stone and Pelly Crossing. Checkpoint staff anticipate Matrishon's arrival within the next few hours.
