Sheep Mountain Draws Champions |

A field of 43 teams, including two time Yukon Quest Champion Lance Mackey, have signed up for the 2006 Sheep Mountain 150. The race is 150 mile dog sled race to be held December 16 & 17. The race starts and finishes at Sheep Mountain Lodge, mile 113 of the Glenn Highway, with two five hour layovers at Eureka Lodge. Portions of the race can be viewed from the highway and fans can watch and meet the mushers at the Eureka Lodge checkpoint Saturday night. Follow the race right here on Dogsled.com
