All mushers are in. Lance Mackey of Fairbanks, Alaska takes back the Sheep Mountain 150 title, gets a new Hans Gatt sled and $1750 for first place. Jessica Hendricks- Bullen of Two Rivers, Alaska will receive $1,250 for 2nd place, Gerry Willomitzer of Whitehorse, Yukon will receive $750 for 3rd, Sebastian Schnuelle takes home $250 for 4th place and Hans Gatt will grab $150 for 5th place. Eric Rogers picks up the "Red Lantern" award, Michael Suprenant gets the 100 dog booties, David Smith receives the Humanitarian Award for the care of his team and Ryan Redington grabs the Sportsmanship award. 42 teams started this race and 36 teams finished.

Lance Mackey finishes first in the Sheep Mountain 150 with 11 dogs and arriving into Sheep Mountain Lodge at 10:49 am. Coming in second is Jessica Hedricks and third place Gerry Willomitzer. 13 mushers have finished the race so far.We will keep you updated as information gets called in. Mushers are expected into Sheep Mountain sometime after 11 am AST.

Mushers have left Sheep Mountain and the first mushers are expected to arrive at Eureka Lodge sometime after 5 PM this evening where they will take their 5 hour layover. Temperatures were minus 10 with a slight breeze at the start, the forecast for tonight is cloudy with a chance of snow after midnight. Lows zero to 10 below. Light winds. The trail is reported to be hard and fast with very little overflow this year.
