Mushing USA Seeks Applications for IFSS 2007 Dryland World Championships (Iron River, WI) Mushing USA (MUSA) is soliciting applications from US citizens who wish to represent the USA in the IFSS (International Federation of Sleddog Sports) Dryland World Championships November 17-18, 2007, in Piandelagotti, Italy.
Some travel assistance will be available. Piandelagotti is located
about 120 km southwest of Bologna. The event will be hosted by Italy's
federation, Federazione Italiana Musher e Sleddog Sport (FIMSS).
Categories to be offered will include classes in canicross, bikejoring,
scooter, and rig. In addition, there will be junior classes (ages
14-17). Mushers wishing to apply should contact MUSA Secretary Debbie
