The 17th running of the Klondike 300 will start Jan. 17 at 1pm. Tug Bar start
and finish through Deshka to Yentna Station. A new route has been choosen due to the high danger in the Petersville area from increased snow machine traffic. The new route will be going to Angel Haven Lodge up the Yentna River, Yentna Station to Lake Creek, then on an overland trail to Angel Haven Lodge. There are also a few
changes in rules and entry fee's ( you guessed it, fuel prices). Visit - Klondike300.org for race updates and the new 2009 rules.
