 Saturday, January 20th was the first heat of the 35th running of the Eagle River Classic, hosted by the Chugiak Dog Mushers at Beach Lake Park. Finishing positions and day one times are shown here. This will be the starting order for the second day which will be at 2 o’clock Sunday, January 21. Prior to the second heat of the Eagle River Classic there will be a 6 dog 8 mile race. Late entries are welcome until 11:15. Spectators are welcome and picture taking is ideal in several locations.This is a ISDRA Sanctioned event.
