Rob Carss was born in Saskatchewan 39 years ago. He is a professional geologist in the oil industry in Calgary, Alberta. Rob and Jane live near Cochrane where they own and operate Mad Dawg Kennels. Rob has been racing Alaskan Huskies since 1989 and has gained race experience as both a handler and a musher. A member of ISDVMA and PRIDE, Rob says his hobby is dog sledding. Rob and Jane have no children.
