Kyzer, was born in Alaska in 1953. A goat farmer for the last 20 years,
she has been running dogs since 1980. She first became interested in running
the Iditarod when she was in Nome in 1983 participating in a weight pull
contest at the end of the Iditarod. She is single and enjoys gardening.
